Financial Investigation
- Financial Investigation is being carried out duly following Standard Operating procedures (SOPs) under the guidance of NCB and Office of the Competent Authority [SAFEM(FOP)A & NDPS Act].
As per the Sec. 68 (F) of NDPS Act, the SHO should conduct financial investigation against the properties of accused and their associates, relatives, friends etc. and issue Freezing Order & subsequently get confirmation order by the Office of Competent Authority, SAFEM(FOP)A & NDPS Act, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Govt.of India, Chennai.
